Do you supply and install garden buildings across all of Kent?
Yes, we cover the whole of Kent. Whether you are located in West Kent areas like Sevenoaks and Edenbridge, or further east in Canterbury, Whitstable, or Ashford, our installation teams are regularly working in your area.
Where is your nearest show centre for Kent customers?
Our main show centre is located in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, which is a convenient short drive from many parts of Kent particularly West Kent/Tunbridge Wells areas. Our show centre has over 14 fully furnished buildings on display. However, if you cannot make the trip, we offer an exclusive one-to-one video call service with our Managing Director, Martin Baker. Martin will personally guide you through the process and design options virtually.
Do I need planning permission for a garden room in Kent?
Most of our buildings are designed to be Permitted Development under 2.5m height, so planning is often not required. However, Kent has many Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Conservation Areas.
