Our designs are fully flexible and can incorporate tailor-made features such as:

As bespoke buildings are designed for your space and are sized accordingly, they will be slightly more money than our pre-designed collection. However, within this cost we can help you with design guidance, planning permission (if needed), installation of all electrics, sound, vision, climate control and plumbing.

All our garden buildings are fully lined and insulated with double glazing as standard.

Choosing a Pre-designed Garden Building

A pre-designed building can be a great addition to your garden. These types of buildings have grown in popularity as they make for a great garden offices or other space. A pre-designed garden room can be built quicker than a bespoke building due to the standardisation of many of the building’s components. This standardisation also keeps the costs down as plans have already been drawn up and components can be manufactured quicker. Here, at Bakers Garden Buildings we are proud to say that our Pre-designed collections have less than 1% waste.  

If you have limited time or do not want to be involved in choosing each element of the design, then our pre-designed buildings are perfect for you. All of our pre-designed buildings still allow for some level of customisation ensuring that your building is without compromise. 

 

Choosing a pre-designed option also helps to cut down on lead time as we can manufacture and install your building quicker than one of our bespoke buildings.
