Interior Wall Finishes
Visit our show centre and you'll be able to browse our interior options so that you can decide on the style for you.
When it comes to wall panels, we now offer a choice between V200, V600 and V1200, depending on how broad you want each panel to be.
These are constructed from MR (moisture resistant) MDF and are a perfect solution for your garden room.
If you fancy a more retro or Scandinavian look to your garden office or lounge, we can create a timber finish for you. We can also offer split-faced tiles, a popular option for interiors and exteriors.
One exciting new development is that we can create feature walls for you. Give us a particular image or a favourite photograph and we can print it on glass to produce a stunning installation in your garden room.
As well as using this on your wall, we can also upgrade your standard timber bar tops so that they have a creative glass finish.
For your wet rooms, such as bathrooms, toilets and showers, Endless Pools® and hot tubs, we can deliver walls created with an interlocking system with many effects from timber through to tiles.
Interior Paint Finishes
Our standard paint finishes are applied using Armstead acrylic eggshell. Our standard colour is Timeless, but you can choose from an enormous range of options to make it perfect for you. We can also match with your house in alternative brands on request.
If there is a particular colour that you have set your heart on, it's virtually certain we will be able to deliver it.
We prime the wall at our factory before applying two or three coats on site for a perfect finish.
We understand how important it is that your new garden room is finished to your exact specifications so that you can move into it and feel at home right away.
That's why we offer you the reassurance and peace of mind of a one-stop shop where you'll find a complete package that includes the finishing touches to your garden room, as well as its creation and construction.
Flooring Options for Your Garden Room or Summer House
This is an area in which we have expanded our range to offer some exciting new options to customers.
Our standard offering is a choice from a range of laminate flooring, while we also have a host of possibilities when it comes to wet room floors using traditional interlocking tiles.
However, thanks to our trusted partners at Berwicks of Horsham, we can now install Karndean floors as an upgrade.
Karndean is a tough, versatile and practical surface that is available in a wide range of designs.
When it comes to poolside rooms, we recommend Altro Aquarius, a non-slip vinyl flooring product that can be created in a range of colours. You tell us your preferred shade and we can deliver it.
Blinds and Special Glass for Your Garden Room Windows
When you want the flexibility of blinds delivered with style and convenience, we have the answer.
At Bakers Garden Buildings, we offer and install an integrated blind that sits inside our double-glazed window unit. If you are using your garden room as an office, this looks extremely professional as well as being flexible and convenient.
Installation is all part of the service - as it is when you want your TV or audio speakers fixed to the wall.
We can also offer Low-E (low emissivity) glass, which is particularly desirable if you have a south-facing window.
Low-E glass is created with an invisible microscopic coating that means it keeps the heat in during the winter but lessens the warmth and glare in summer.
